DETROIT – Police in Detroit have announced that a 13-year-old boy who was reported missing March 7 has been recovered.
According to authorities, Mark McGowan left his residence -- located near the intersection of Fielding Street and Joy Road, just west of Evergreen Road -- without permission and has not been seen or heard from since.
