Car crash on Detroit’s east side leaves 3 injured, including 2 officers

Victims are listed in stable condition

DETROIT – Three people, including two police officers, have been hospitalized after a car crash on Detroit’s east side.

Officials say a woman in an orange Ford Escape collided with the Detroit police vehicle around 12:15 p.m. Friday (May 24) near East Forest Avenue and East Grand Boulevard.

The two officers and the woman were transported to a Metro Detroit hospital and are in stable condition.
