Argument between brothers ends in deadly shooting in Farmington Hills home

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Police in Farmington Hills are investigating a shooting between two brothers on Saturday.

Police responded to a home on Saratoga Circle around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday for a reported domestic violence incident.

The mother of the resident who lived there told police her 28 and 30 year old sons were arguing in the home before she heard gun shots.

Police said the 28-year-old man had a gun shot wound to the chest. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died.

The 30-year-old fled the scene. Police said the suspect is considered armed and dangerous, but also believe he’s not in the area, and is not a threat to the general public.

The victim has not been identified.
