TSA finds grenade in carry-on bag at Detroit Metro Airport

ROMULUS, Mich. – An inert grenade was discovered by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

According to authorities, the grenade was found in someone’s carry-on bag. The security checkpoint was evacuated and closed until experts determined the grenade was inert.
