Summer fun is over, at least at Cedar Point. The amusement park in Sandusky, OH has been transformed to bring in the daytime delights, and nighttime freights.
“Get the family together and enjoy not-so-scary fall activities, your favorite rides and attractions, live entertainment and more, OR immerse yourself in terrifying mazes, spine-tingling scare zones and thrilling shows when the sun goes down,” Cedar Point said on its website.
Starting Thursday, Sept. 11, the Sandusky, Ohio, park’s HalloWeekends take place each week, Thursday through Sunday, until Sunday, Nov. 2, the park’s final day for the 2025 season. The park is closed Monday through Wednesday the rest of the season.
This year the park is collaborating with producers of "The Conjuring" movie series. It has created “The Conjuring: Beyond Fear” in which guests navigate iconic scenes from New Line Cinema’s “The Conjuring Universe” to put away the "Annabelle" doll before supernatural mayhem occurs.
In years past, HalloWeekends activities were included with park admission, but this year the haunted mazes and The Conjuring attraction requires a separate ticket to access. Here’s what to know.
Tickets
Park admission with Haunted Attractions Pass start at $60
The haunted mazes, merchandise and the new The Conjuring: Beyond Fear attraction require an additional purchase on top of a park admission ticket, with starting prices of $25-$50.
The HalloWeekends Nighttime Frights bundle — park admission, Haunted Attractions pass and The Conjuring: Beyond Fear — starts at $99.
