A few thunderstorms are also possible late tonight into the overnight hours. Overnight lows are dropping into the mid-60s.
Tuesday
We will keep the clouds, chances for rain showers, and even a few thunderstorms in the forecast as we look ahead into Tuesday.
Any thunderstorm chances should be confined to the first part of the day, before the rain showers wind down by mid-to-late afternoon on Tuesday.
The colder temperatures will also move in as we work throughout the day.
Expect high temperatures into the upper 60s early in the day, then we will continue to fall throughout most of the day.
Temperatures are forecast to be well into the 50s by late Tuesday afternoon.
Wednesday
The cloud cover will clear out late Tuesday night, ex. Expect skies to clear mainly overnight, on Tuesday night, and early on Wednesday morning.
Additionally, much colder temperatures are expected to arrive early on Wednesday morning.
Overnight lows will drop into the mid-40s by the time we wake up on Wednesday morning.
High pressure will build into the region, looking ahead through the middle and end of the week, but the colder temperatures will persist.
Thursday
High temperatures will struggle to reach the low 60s by Wednesday, and then fall into the upper 30s by Wednesday night into early Thursday morning.
I am not going to rule out some patchy Frost outside of the metro as you wake up early on Thursday morning, or temperatures will be a little bit colder.
Friday
We keep the sunshine around through the end of the week and into the upcoming weekend.
Temperatures are expected to moderate by the end of the week. Expect temperatures to rebound from the lower 60s by Thursday and into the upper 60s by Friday, and continue into the start of next weekend on Saturday.

Temperatures are expected to reach the upper 60s on Saturday and will warm into the lower 70s by Sunday.
As of now, it appears that we will bring a little more cloud cover into the forecast, particularly looking ahead to the start of next week on Monday, but it remains dry.
High temperatures will remain in the lower 70s by the time we get to Monday afternoon.
