4Warn Weather – Right on cue, showers will taper off Thursday evening, setting us up for a beautiful weekend ahead of college football.
Overnight skies will clear out, allowing temps to drop into the mid to upper 30s.
Patchy frost will be possible across much of Metro Detroit.
Friday
After a cold start to the day, Friday brings a mix of clouds and sun and temps just a touch below normal in the mid-50s.
Friday night football games will be a bit chillier than most of the season so far.
Temps will fall into the upper 40s pretty quickly, and you might want to bring a blanket for those cold bleachers.
UM-MSU
The Michigan State Spartans and Michigan Wolverines will have a full day of tailgating in the sunshine and temperatures in the 50s.
But make no mistake: with a kickoff at 7:30 p.m., it will get pretty cold during the game.
Crack open the hot hands for your pockets and make sure you have a few layers to keep you warm through the 4th quarter.
Sunday
A stellar Sunday with more sun and highs in the upper 50s.
