4Warn Weather – Skies will clear overnight, leaving us with a very cold morning across Metro Detroit. Lows will dip into the upper 20s to mid-30s.
Great viewing of the Supermoon, also known as the “Beaver Moon,” as this is the time of year when beavers start building their dams.
The moon will be the biggest and brightest as its orbit reaches Perigee (closest to the Earth). The best time to view is right after sunset, which is 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
Thursday
Thursday brings sunshine and slightly cooler weather with a high of 52 degrees. But the winds will calm down, making it feel a bit milder.
Friday
Friday morning will be a bit soggy, but it should clear out later in the day.
Saturday
Saturday is cooler than normal but dry with highs in the upper 40s.
Sunday
Sunday gets a little tricky as we could start to see our first flakes of the season later in the day or perhaps not until overnight.
Monday
Then on Monday, a few lake-effect showers are not out of the question, as our highs will stay in the 30s all day.
