Remembering Nick Gilbert: Downtown Hudson’s development honors late son of Dan Gilbert While parts of the development remain under construction, the plaza is expected to open next month
DETROIT – Downtown Detroit’s new Hudson’s development is taking shape with a special tribute.
A public plaza and alley will be named Nick Gilbert Way, in honor of Nick Gilbert, the late son of Bedrock Founder Dan Gilbert.
The space will sit between the office and event space on one side and the 49-story residential and hotel tower on the other.
While parts of the development remain under construction, the plaza is expected to open next month.
