BRANCH COUNTY, Mich. – A 47-year-old Michigan man extradited from Mexico will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars for sexually assaulting two young girls.
Anthony Cuyler, a resident of Branch County, was convicted in January of three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of delivery of methamphetamine to a minor .
He was charged in 2019 for sexually assaulting two girls, ages 11 and 12, and giving them meth. He left the state to avoid prosecution but was found in Mexico and extradited to Michigan in 2024.
On Monday, Feb. 9, Cuyler was sentenced to 45-90 years in jail.
