On Sept. 26, 2025, a 13-year-old girl told her school counselor that Lyle touched her inappropriately over her clothing multiple times. She also said Lyle followed her to the bathroom and forcibly kissed her against her will.

The child said Lyle had been allegedly doing this to her since she was 11 years old.

The 13-year-old also reported that Lyle had been sending her sexually explicit messages on Snapchat. Court documents stated that she screen-captured the conversations and recorded the messages.
