A local group is spreading a simple yet powerful message: you are not alone.

CNS Healthcare is launching its “Kindness in Bloom” campaign -- handing out thousands of flower bouquets across Metro Detroit.

Each one comes with a reminder that mental health matters, and that kindness can make a real difference.
