LANSING, Mich. – A state representative started a push for a bipartisan group to strengthen the workforce. He wants lawmakers to expand opportunities for workers.
His goal is to make sure the next generation has a clear path to good-paying, in-demand careers.
Now, representatives have created a skilled trade caucus to work together.
Republican state representative Ron Robinson and Democrat State representative Mike McFall joined Local 4 Live to help us better understand what the caucus plans to do next.
