Police investigating after man shot, killed in northwest Detroit
Detroit police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Wednesday, July 8, on Motor Drive near Prevost St. (WDIV)
DETROIT – An investigation is underway in northwest Detroit Wednesday morning after a man was fatally shot inside his vehicle.
Police were dispatched to the area of Prevost Street and Motor Drive near the 8 Mile service drive around 4:23 a.m. after reports of shots fired.
Upon arrival, police found a man in his 30s inside a crashed vehicle on Motor Drive with airbags deployed.
Two individuals have been detained at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
