Glenn was charged in September of last year with second-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter and attempted failure to stop at the scene of an accident causing death. She was also charged with assaulting/resisting a police officer for reportedly attempting to flee the scene and biting an officer multiple times during her arrest.

Following a brief trial in May 2026, Glenn was found not guilty of second-degree murder and attempted failure to stop at the scene of an accident causing death, and guilty of involuntary manslaughter. The jury took just over 48 hours to deliberate, and she pleaded no contest to the assault/obstruction charge.

Glenn will receive 565 days credit for time already served.
