WARREN, Mich. – A Warren man is facing multiple charges after police said investigators found “several hundred” images and videos of child pornography.
Tony Winston Jr., 26, was charged with one count of aggravated child sexually abusive activity, aggravated distributing or promoting child sexually abusive activity, five counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and seven counts of using a computer to commit a crime.

The investigation began in July, when Michigan State Police and Warren police received information that a person was downloading and distributing child pornography online. After further investigation, they identified the suspect as Winston Jr.
A search warrant was executed at Winston Jr.’s home, where he was found and taken into custody. In one of Winston Jr.’s electronic devices, investigators allegedly found several hundred images and videos of child pornography.
Winston Jr. was arraigned in court on July 28 and was given a $100,000 bond. He is required to wear a GPS tether upon release, and he is not allowed to access the internet or contact minors.
