CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Mall at Partridge Creek is welcoming four new tenants this season — including a new restaurant concept — that management says will “bring fresh energy” to the Macomb County shopping center.
The open-air mall, located off Hall and Romeo Plank roads in Clinton Township, is home to more than 80 businesses and restaurants.
“Our dynamic tenant mix at The Mall at Partridge Creek continues to serve as a community destination in Macomb County and beyond as we offer guests a place to connect with their family and friends,” said Carmen Spinoso, CEO of Spinoso Real Estate Group, which leases and manages the mall. “We encourage the community to come enjoy a day out at Partridge Creek this fall as they explore our new offerings.”
The new tenants moving in this fall include:
Cherry Republic
Cherry lovers will rejoice at the addition of this beloved Northern Michigan retailer, offering over 200 unique cherry products from chocolate-covered cherries to cherry salsa. The 6,277-square-foot store, located next to Pandora inside the mall’s main entrance, is already open and welcoming customers.
Noble Duck Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse
This new local dining concept, owned by Chef Omar Mitchell — creator of Table No. 2 Restaurant in Detroit’s Greektown neighborhood — will offer modern Japanese fine dining with live-fire cooking, craft beverages and more. The restaurant will open this holiday season in a 4,831-square-foot space near Cooper’s Hawk and Powerhouse Gym at the east end of the mall, and will offer patio dining in summer 2027.
See’s Candies
Michiganders are likely familiar with this California-based chocolatier, which has been serving sweet treats via pop-ups and other local retailers for years. The new 1,499-square-foot store, located next to Express at the mall’s main entrance, will open to the public in November as the state’s first permanent brick-and-mortar storefront.
Aéropostale
This specialty retailer of casual apparel and accessories for all ages and genders will be opening in late November in a 3,760-square-foot storefront at the east end of the mall, next to American Eagle. The new storefront will be the retailer’s 10th location statewide, joining Ann Arbor, Auburn Hills, Birch Run, Grand Rapids, Grandville, Novi, Okemos, Portage and Saginaw.
