ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – A Rochester Hills man was arrested Monday after he allegedly pointed a gun at another man during a road rage incident.
According to police, a 55-year-old man called police around 3:08 p.m. and said a man driving a white Volkswagen Jetta pointed a gun at him.

The man told police the driver in the Jetta pulled around him as they were getting onto eastbound M-59 from northbound Rochester Road. The man in the Jetta pointed a gun at the other driver as he passed him, police said.
The victim followed the man while giving information to the sheriff’s dispatch.
Deputies responded to the area of John R Road and Auburn Road and found both vehicles stopped in a parking lot.
According to the police, the man, a 45-year-old, had a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol in his waistband. He was a valid CPL holder.
He was arrested and charges are pending against him.
