Man's 2009 slaying in Commerce still unsolved

DETROIT – Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest in the murder of Steven Cal.

Cal, 39, was found dead March 8, 2009, on Callie Drive in Commerce Township. 

According to Crime Stoppers, a neighbor hood gunshots and called 911 -- but police answered the call and were unable to pinpoint where the shots came from.  Police were called a second time when a neighbor walking their dog discovered Cal's body.

Steven was a skilled tradesman, recently laid off from General Motors.
