LOOK: Massive inferno at construction site in Oakland, California
A huge fire has destroyed a building under construction in Oakland, California this morning.
Chopper footage shows the inferno as flames and smoke pour from all corners of the charred building.
Watch the video above. According to KNTV , the massive fire was first reported around 4:30 a.m. local time. It could be seen for miles.
Firefighters spent much of their efforts keeping the blaze from spreading to nearby buildings. At least one building was evacuated.
So far there are no injuries reported. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
