To the wonderful people of the Downriver communities:

We would like to take a few moments formally announce that we in the process of selling the facility and property. As of today, we may be closing in late December.

Our parents’ wish was to provide family entertainment within this community, and we feel the city of Woodhaven and the surrounding areas have been a wonderful place to live and grow over the past 40 years. We have entertained hundreds of thousands of kids and parents and become great friends with many fantastic people. Thank you for being part of that legacy.

While our personal preference would have been to remain here for another 40 years, we now have an opportunity to realize some of our other goals and dreams. We are still open for skating, classes, private parties and birthday parties through AT LEAST the middle of December. We will continue to book any parties that we can host in 2017.

For our Final Celebration, we WILL have a huge closing party! Date to be determined.

Sincerely,

Your Skating Family
