DETROIT – A family continues to search for answers in the fatal shooting of a Macomb County couple back in Detroit.
Tony Velez, 22, of Sterling Heights, and his girlfriend, Rosemary Chyz, 19, of Clinton Township, were found shot to death on Detroit’s east side October 25, 2011.
Their bodies were found in a vacant field near Girandin and Heintz streets.
A $5,000 reward is being offered by Crime Stoppers of Michigan for information that leads to an arrest.
