SUWON, South Korea – South Korea has opened what is hailed as the world's first toilet theme park.
The park, which can be found an hour outside of Seoul in the city of Suwon, was built around the former toilet-shaped home of Sim Jae-duck, founder and first president of the World Toilet Association, reported Reuters.

His nickname in life was "Mr. Toilet" for good reason.
Sim, a former mayor of Suwon was said to be born in his grandmother's outhouse.
After making his fortune in the metal business, his company later provided toilets for fans when South Korean hosted the World Cup in 2002.
In 2009, Sim died at the age of 70 after living in the toilet-shaped home donated to the park.
Other sights in the park include Korean traditional squat toilets, European bedpans, and a replica of Rodin's famous statue, "The Thinker" who can be seen pondering life on top of a giant toilet.
Admission to the museum is free.
