DETROIT – West Bloomfield police executed a search warrant Wednesday morning at the home of suspected heroin dealer in Detroit. 

Sources told ClickOnDetroit the 41-year-old man taken into custody allegedly sold heroin laced with fentanyl which was connected to at least one overdose victim in West Bloomfield. That victim was a 26-year-old woman who overdosed on Aug. 8.

Officers raided the home about 8 a.m. Wednesday in the 17000 block of Dean Avenue in Detroit. 

No other details are available at this time.
