Comedians sue over drug search program at Atlanta airport
Comedians Eric Andrรฉ and Clayton English are challenging a police program at the Atlanta airport they say violates the constitutional rights of airline passengers, particularly Black passengers, through racial profiling and coercive searches just as they are about to board their flights. Lawyers for the two men filed a lawsuit Tuesday in federal court in Atlanta alleging that they were racially profiled and illegally stopped by Clayton County police at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Police warn Muskegon Lake ice fishermen barge is coming through
MUSKEGON, MI โ Police warned those ice fishing on Muskegon Lake to stay clear of a barge coming through Wednesday, Feb. 3. The Andre barge is expected to enter Muskegon Lake around 2 p.m., headed for The Mart Dock, Muskegon police said. The barge will follow the Lake Express route into the lake then turn northeast toward The Mart Dock. โThose ice fishing should take note of this and stay clear and safe,โ police said in a statement. Former pro basketball player Andre Emmett is found shot and killed
DALLAS (CNN) - Former pro basketball player Andre Emmett, 37, was shot and killed early Monday morning in Dallas. Early Monday morning, Emmett was approached by two men as he sat in his car in front of his home in Dallas, police said. An altercation followed and Emmett was shot as he ran away, they said. "The BIG3 is in a state of shock over the sudden and tragic death of Andre Emmett. Andre was a member of the BIG3 family for two seasons and never without a smile on his face.
