Two more UM swimmers qualify for Tokyo Olympics
Two more swimmers with University of Michigan ties are headed to the Tokyo Olympics. Callan, an Oklahoma native, is a two-time Big Ten champion in the 800-yard freestyle relay and a three-time all-Big Ten selection. Meanwhile, DeLoof was a five-time Big Ten champion, winning twice in the 400 freestyle relay and 800 freestyle relay and once in the 200 freestyle relay. Nevertheless, she still competed in the Canadian Olympic trials on Sunday and finished first in her event at 56.19 seconds. Back to the U.S. trials, Mitchell needed a time trial Tuesday to qualify.
