DETROIT -- Joey Wentz will head back to Triple-A Toledo after making his Major League debut Wednesday night at Comerica Park. The Tigers optioned the 24-year-old left-hander after the game and will replace him on the roster with right-handed reliever Jason Foley. He was optioned to Toledo on April 24 after five appearances on the big-league club. In Toledo, Foley struck out six and walked one in five innings.
