Livonia police are asking for the public’s help identifying a severely decomposed body found partially submerged in a creek near Hines Drive and Levan Road. The deceased appears to be an adult male, according to the Livonia Police Department.

Southeastern Michigan was hammered by another couple of rounds of storms starting Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.
