Biden remained mostly quiet to reporters on major issues facing Michigan, like infrastructure, climate change and the 2022 midterm elections.

A Michigan man has pleaded guilty to threatening Sen. Debbie Stabenow and Rep. Elissa Slotkin, according to Attorney General Dana Nessel.

However, the benefits will be slightly delayed until Michigan’s Unemployment Insurance Agency can update its system with the renewals. If this comes to a vote, Stabenow believes enough Republicans will join to get the 60 votes needed to pass it. House members voted 322-87 to override the veto, well above the two-thirds needed to override.
