Whos going to play Huffman? The Lifetime network announced the news Tuesday with a working title of College Admissions Scandal, but the network acknowledges that the title may change, People says.
Ex-USC soccer coach and accountant plead guilty in admissions scandal
In exchange, Rick Singer, the mastermind of the scam, directed payments totaling about $350,000 to a private soccer club controlled by Khosroshahin and the assistant coach, Laura Janke. Steven Masera, 69, also pleaded guilty Thursday. Both The Key and the foundation were run by Singer, who has pleaded guilty to several federal charges and has a sentencing hearing in September. Janke pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit racketeering in May and agreed to cooperate with the government's investigation. Khosroshahin was fired as USC coach in 2013 after the team finished with sub-.500 records in three straight seasons, USC said at the time.

Some of the cases fell outside the 10-year statute of limitations, while others did not rise to the level of criminal charges or lacked sufficient evidence to prosecute. Allred said she is representing two of the 16 women in the criminal case but would not say if Mohazab is one of them. Another college gynecologist, Dr. James Heaps, formerly of the University of California, Los Angeles, is facing charges of sexual misconduct involving two patents. In Tyndall's case, prosecutors say 16 patients ranging from 17 to 29 were abused during visits to the student health center for annual exams or other treatment. Tyndall is charged with 29 felonies, including 18 counts of sexual penetration and 11 counts of sexual battery by fraud.
Former USC gynecologist accused sexually assaulting 16 patients
Tyndall, who was fired in 2017, has denied allegations of wrongdoing, which were also included in a class-action lawsuit against the university. Tyndall, 72, will also face 11 counts of sexual battery by fraud, the district attorney's office said in announcing the charges. The criminal complaint alleges Tyndall, who worked at the university's student health center, inappropriately touched 16 women between 2009 and 2016. The complaint alleges that Tyndall told some of the women the touching was for a professional purpose when it was for sexual gratification. A university lawyer told CNN last year that as many as 17,000 women could qualify for the class action settlement.
