EB lanes on I-94 in Ypsilanti reopen after road rage shooting

The incident occurred Thursday, Feb. 22, at about 6 p.m.
Michigan State Police said the shooting involved two vehicles near Rawsonville Road in Ypsilanti Township.
Officials say a suspect has been arrested and a firearm has been recovered
