The police car caught fire after the crash, police said. The driver of the other vehicle, who police said is at-fault, was under investigation for possibly being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
However, in an update later Friday morning from state police said no alcohol was involved in the crash. The driver was cited for failure to move over for an emergency vehicle.
