Taylor school board considers consolidating schools due to budget missteps

The Taylor School District says due to the unintentional misappropriation of funds by a previous administration, the district is expecting to face an annual $5 million-$6 million deficit starting in 2025. In response, the school board is voting on some major building changes -- particularly consolidations -- that might help.
