Detroit Police Department surprises 4-year-old battling brain cancer

Earlier this month, Aniel Mendez became Detroit's honorary police chief for the day. It was a dream come true for the 4-year-old who is battling a brain tumor. On Thursday Mendez was back at DPD's 11th precinct with even more surprises.
