Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick seeks hearing to contest restitution amount

Detroit’s former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who was sentenced to multiple counts of extortion, fraud, and bribery, among other charges, in federal court in 2017, says he doesn’t owe restitution to the feds.
