Detroit man's tribute park to his late mother threatened by land dispute

Michael Williams named the park after his late mother, Etheldra Mae Williams, and has hosted live music, food festivals, and car shows on the property. Now he wants to expand across Burgess Street, adding a pavilion and walking trail, but a dispute with the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department over nearby parcels is putting those plans, and the park's future, in jeopardy.
