Child injured after jumping out of window in house fire in Detroit

A young girl sustained minor injuries after jumping from a second-floor window to escape a house fire on 29th Street in Detroit Tuesday morning. Emergency crews responded to the scene around 9 a.m., and all occupants had exited the home before their arrival. The child was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
