Woodward Dream Cruise 2026: Engines rev up ahead of official start

That low growl you hear coming from the Royal Oak area is the revving of engines ahead of the 31st Woodward Dream Cruise. Sky 4 is giving us the view from above M-1, where the cruising has unofficially started—even if it doesn't officially start until Aug. 15, 2026.
