Dashcam video shows police pursuit of home invasion suspect in Bloomfield Township

Newly released dashcam video from the Bloomfield Township Police Department shows a 2024 pursuit of a man facing charges this week in connection to an alleged home invasion in the city. Gregory Benson, 34, was arraigned Wednesday on home invasion and fleeing and eluding charges stemming from the June 18, 2024 incident, which occurred at a home in the 3800 block of Carriage Street.
