DETROIT – Wind chill advisories go into effect at 7 p.m. for the following counties:

  • Lapeer
  • Livingston
  • Washtenaw
  • Macomb
  • Wayne
  • St. Clair
  • Oakland
  • Genesee
  • Monroe (wind chill warning)
