DETROIT – The wind advisory that was in effect earlier Tuesday has expired, as winds are subsiding to "regular" breezy conditions overnight (10 to 20 mph).

Any scattered, light evening rain showers should come to an end, and we should see some breaks in the overcast later tonight. Lows in the mid 30s (3° Celsius, for you Canadians).

Mostly cloudy and still windy on Wednesday with scattered light rain showers and, yes, even the possibility for some light sleet or snowflakes! Highs in the low to mid 40s (6° Celsius). West wind at 20 to 25 mph, with higher gusts. Wednesday's sunrise is at 6:42 AM, and Wednesday's sunset is at 8:22 PM.

Mostly cloudy Wednesday night, with lows in the low 30s…even upper 20s in some of the coldest spots (you know who you are).

Mostly cloudy to start on Thursday, with some partial clearing possible by late afternoon. Breezy (but not as windy), with highs in the mid to upper 40s.

Becoming mostly clear Thursday night, with lows in the mid to upper 20s in the coldest spots, and in the low 30s closer to Detroit.

Mostly sunny on Friday, with highs near 50…possibly even a smidge warmer.

Becoming partly cloudy Friday night, with lows in the low to mid 30s.

Partly cloudy on Saturday, with highs in the low to mid 50s.

Becoming mostly clear Saturday night, with lows in the mid 30s.

Mostly sunny on Sunday, with highs in the mid 50s.
