Drone video shows lightning bolts during severe thunderstorm watch

SAINT CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – Video taken by a viewer with a drone Friday in Saint Clair Shores shows lightning strikes during the severe thunderstorm watch.

Severe thunderstorms have been moving through southeast Michigan since around 2:30 p.m. Friday. Severe thunderstorm warnings were issued in Lenawee, Monroe, Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties before expiring between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.
