Mid-week

Looking ahead to Wednesday, the area of low pressure off to the north of the region will continue to control the forecast, bringing scattered rain showers throughout the entire region.

With the clouds and rain, temperatures will not be moving a whole lot into the afternoon. We will remain below average, only heading into the low 50s by Wednesday afternoon.

The rain showers continue into the forecast late Wednesday night and into Thursday as well.

The temperature is not moving much again, thanks to the clouds and rain showers.

High temperatures will remain in the low 50s by Thursday afternoon.

Weekend forecast

We start drying things out by the end of the week, specifically on Friday, and by the end of the weekend, on Saturday.

Expect filtered sunshine on both Friday and Saturday, with some of that sunshine bringing temperatures up a bit.

High temperatures will reach the mid-50s on Friday and warm into the upper 50s by the weekend.

Next week

Currently, we have plenty of sunshine in the forecast for the end of the weekend, before a little more cloud cover rolls into the region by the beginning of next week.
