After some sunshine to start the weekend on Saturday, we will keep the dry weather into the forecast for the end of the weekend and start of next week.
High pressure will control the forecast looking ahead into the day on Sunday, and into the start of next week on Monday.
With a southerly flow kicking in, we will send temperatures well above average into the start of next week.
High temperatures into the 50s for not only Sunday, but into Monday as well.
The dry weather sticks around to start next week on Monday, before the clouds increase Monday afternoon and into Monday evening.
Any rain shower activity looks to hold off until after midnight and into Tuesday Morning as well, in advance of our next strong system moving into the region.
Expect widespread rain showers throughout the day on Tuesday, and we will keep the chance of rain showers in the forecast late Tuesday night.
High temperatures will remain in the low to mid-50s through the first few days of next week.
Once that cold front moves there on Tuesday, we will see much colder changes work in by the end of next week, especially for Thanksgiving on Thursday and into Black Friday at the end of next week.
With some moisture wrapping around the area of low pressure moving to our North, we will keep a chance of rain showers into the forecast for Wednesday.
High temperatures dropping into the upper-40s by the time we get to Wednesday afternoon.
After that low-pressure system moves off to the north and east, we will kick in a northwesterly flow by the time we get to Thanksgiving on Thursday, and that will bring in colder temperatures and the chance for some snow showers as well.
So, as you’re joining us in downtown Detroit for America’s Thanksgiving parade, do not be surprised to see the flakes fly as we head into Thursday.
High temperature is dropping into the upper 30s by the time we get to Thursday afternoon.
Right now, we will dry things out for the end of the week on Friday with a mixture of sunshine and clouds throughout the day.
High temperatures are only heading for the mid-30s by the end of the week. Then, we are tracking a chance of snow into the forecast to start next weekend on Saturday.
As of this morning, most major data sources indicate a strong system moving in from the south and west for the entire weekend.
With the colder air in place, temperatures into the low 30s, this does look to be primarily snow to start the weekend on Saturday, before temperatures warm things up a bit by the end of next weekend on Sunday, with a chance of rain and snow showers.
