Temperatures will be warm enough to support scattered mix and drizzle Monday into early Tuesday

4Warn Weather – Although many may be hoping for snow this week, it’s not looking good for southeast Michigan due to above-normal temperatures.

The normal high temperature this time of year is 35 degrees.

Southeast Michigan communities were at that mark Monday, seeing scattered light snow, mix, and rain.

Tuesday

With southerly air flow, temperatures will only fall to around 32 degrees overnight Monday into Tuesday.

There is a chance of drizzle, and because we will be at or near the freezing mark, freezing drizzle is possible.

This will not be a widespread event; it’s a low chance for isolated slick spots into the late-night hours.

Temperatures will climb above freezing by daybreak, reaching into the upper 30s.
