This year is no exception, with snow showers continuing to wind down this afternoon.

Aside from a stray light snow shower, the overnight hours will be fairly quiet.

Roads are still snow-covered and slippery, but overall not too difficult to navigate.

Saturday

A few more lake-effect snow showers are scattered across the area on Saturday.

Falling temps throughout the afternoon. By 4 p.m. temps will likely be around 23 degrees with wind chills in the single digits.

Speaking of windchills, early next week, morning lows will be in the single digits, with windchills possibly as low as -20.
