4Warn Weather – Scattered snow is winding down across Southeast Michigan this evening.
Many saw sunshine at times during the afternoon, and some had a beautiful sunset!
This was the view around 6 p.m. in downtown Detroit.
You can see the clouds toward the horizon; this is what we saw throughout the afternoon.
At times, we had brighter skies, and at other times, snow was falling, reducing visibility and keeping roads slick.
Wednesday
The late-night hours will be partly cloudy, then clouds will start to move back in on Wednesday morning.
Overnight lows will be near 0° with wind chills around -10°.
We’ll see some sun through the clouds with scattered light snow possible again on Wednesday.
Just like today, any accumulations will be light.
Highs on Wednesday will be in the mid-teens with wind chills near 0° through the afternoon.
Thursday/Friday
Thursday and Friday will feature more sunshine but remain very cold.
Next week
Highs in the 20s don’t return to the forecast until Monday and Tuesday.
