Waking up to scattered light rain showers this morning. We mainly dry out and stay cloudy for the afternoon. However, spotty showers could expand across the area this evening. Temperatures top out in the mid to upper 50s today due to the cool, northwesterly winds which will result in temperatures falling roughly 10 degrees below average for late April and early May the remainder of the week.
Don’t plant yet! Some patchy frost could possibly develop tonight though Sunday as lows settle into the mid 30s outside of Detroit. Friday night-Saturday morning is expected to be the coldest.
