Summer-like conditions are expected from today through Wednesday, with afternoon highs climbing into the 80s across much of Southeast Michigan.
Rain chances will remain relatively low for most of the week, making for several excellent days to spend time outdoors and at the pool.

The next opportunity for showers and thunderstorms appears to arrive late Wednesday evening as a weak disturbance moves through the Great Lakes. At this time, rainfall coverage looks limited, and many locations could remain dry.
Following the midweek warmth, temperatures will trend closer to seasonal averages beginning Thursday. Highs are expected to settle back into the 70s through the weekend while dry weather continues to dominate the forecast.
