ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Gameday parking and tailgating for Michigan football, a shuttle to and from the stadium, and overnight spots for RVs are now available at Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor.
The mall, which partnered with Park N Party and EZ Parking Detroit, created a parking and tailgating area across from the Kensington Hotel -- 1.5 miles from Michigan Stadium.

“We’re thrilled to offer college football fans a safe and friendly place to park and tailgate with friends and family before the game,” said Natalie Watson, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Briarwood Mall. “Our Briarwood team is always looking for new ways to be a valuable resource and partner to the Ann Arbor community and those visiting Ann Arbor.”
A “FootballRide Shuttle” that leaves from the Kensington Hotel will be available to take fans to and from Michigan Stadium for $3 round trip.
RVs are allowed to arrive between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday nights preceding Saturday home games. They must leave the lot by noon on Sundays following home games.
RVs up to 45 feet long can reserve spots through the Park N Party reservation system.
Cars can also reserve spots for gameday arrival. Parking operations will be managed by EZ Parking Detroit.
“We’re very excited to be working with Briarwood Mall,” Park N Party President Taylor Bond said. “Overnight RV parking reservations for Michigan football games are very limited in Ann Arbor.”
Parking reservations cost between $20 and $450, depending on the weekend and the size of the vehicle.
Here are the remaining Michigan football home games for 2022:
- Sept. 24: vs. Maryland
- Oct. 15: vs. Penn State
- Oct. 29: vs. Michigan State
- Nov. 12: vs. Nebraska
- Nov. 19: vs. Illinois
Briarwood Mall has 14 eateries and 85 shops, including California Pizza Kitchen, Chipotle, Starbucks, Champs Sports, Eddie Bauer, and the M Den.
